Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon, to develop and optimize optical metrology technologies. This role requires over 5 years of experience in semiconductor engineering, specifically metrology, and a Ph.D. focused on optical physics.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Engineering or Sciences with a focus on optical physics.
• More than 5 years experience in semiconductor capital equipment engineering, preferably metrology.
• Experience in applications development using spectroscopic ellipsometric tools.
