Job summary

Qualifications

Strong background in plasma-based etch, surface reactions, and thin film processes.
Experience designing experiments and analyzing data with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize advanced manufacturing processes including material selection and system design.
Conduct feasibility studies to support device architectures and roadmaps.
Modify operating equipment to improve efficiency and production output.
Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to integrate enabling technology into processes.
Perform process technology feasibility studies using simulations and engineering methods.
Stay informed on industry trends to align processes with evolving semiconductor needs.
Drive cost-sensitive technology roadmaps in partnership with vendors and stakeholders.
