Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a junior level TEM Metrology Engineer to generate and analyze TEM metrology data for manufacturing process development. You will work with cross-functional teams across Integration, Module, inline Defect metrology and Yield analysis to deliver critical dimension TEM data for process control.

The role requires a basic electron microscopy background, experience with data mining and automated metrology software development, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical experience in semiconductor/metrology/data analysis or related fields.
• Experience with Python/SQL/Power BI/Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Analyze metrology data and identify trends and root causes to support engineering decisions.
• Develop automated metrology workflows and data pipelines.
