Job summary

Neuralink is hiring a Metrologist / Senior CMM Operator to own the CMM program, fixturing, calibration, and measurement across bridge CMMs, optical CMMs and portable arms. You will establish IQC workflows for purchased parts and perform first article and in‑process inspections, while training other operators to scale capabilities.

You will partner with Design, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to ensure robust tolerance stack‑ups and secure data integrity for design reviews and supplier

Qualifications

• Hands-on CMM programming on bridge CMMs and portable arms in production/manufacturing.
• Deep GD&T knowledge applied to small, tight-tolerance parts.
• Experience with AS9102/PPAP-style documentation and NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Own CMM programming, fixturing, calibration, and measurement uncertainty.
• Build IQC workflow for purchased parts and perform first article reviews.
• Generate inspection reports that feed design reviews and supplier scorecards.
• Train and certify additional operators across teams.
