Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Senior Precision Inspector to perform advanced dimensional inspections, CMM programming, calibration, and metrology analysis. You will develop measurement strategies, evaluate measurement system performance, and collaborate with product engineers to resolve challenges and improve quality.

With limited direction you will mentor teammates, lead inspection planning, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering high-quality results for engineering specifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Quality Inspector required at hire; CQI or equivalent preferred.
• Calibration and measurement system knowledge essential.
• Experience with CMMs, gauges, micrometers and surface instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision inspections using CMMs and gauges to verify parts against drawings.
• Develop automated measurement routines and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct MSA, R&R, and process capability analyses.
• Manage calibration records and external calibration services.
• Maintain inspection records and report results to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
