Qualifications

• 5+ years of MS Access development and BI experience.
• Strong SQL/Access query and report development skills.
• Excellent communication skills for present­ing to senior leadership.
• Ability to select and integrate AI tools into workflows.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases and BI dashboards (Cognos/Power BI).
• Compile, analyze, and present operational and financial data and trends.
• Develop workflows and SharePoint solutions supporting management and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Aggregate metrics from multiple sources and coordinate IT data access.
