Qualifications

• 5+ years of MS Access development and BI/data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and report development skills across Access/SQL environments.
• Clear verbal and written communication for senior leadership.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools and integrate them into workflows responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MS Access databases and BI dashboards using Cognos and Power BI to support internal and external partners.
• Compile, analyze, and present operational and financial data including trends and performance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain workflows, SharePoint solutions, and reporting tools with QA and documentation.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements for cost savings and data quality.
• Identify and merge metrics from multiple sources and coordinate IT access for data.
