Job summary

Metron is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and manage our Power BI-based analytics toolset, integrating accounting, forecasting, HR, and pipeline data to deliver clear reporting and actionable insights.

You will transform data into interactive dashboards and collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to drive KPI reporting and data-driven improvements at our Reston, VA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in business intelligence, analytics, business operations or similar role.
• 2+ years minimum experience developing analytic reports using Power BI, IBM COGNOS or similar BI platform.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, or business performance data and presenting results clearly.
• US citizenship required with ability to obtain a US Government SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Transform complex data into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Analyze trends and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Document reporting processes to improve consistency and usability.
