EBway LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Metal Stamping Press Setup Operator / Die Setter. The role requires independent setup, die installation, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality stamped parts in a rigorous manufacturing environment.

You will install dies, adjust tooling, set up coil feeders, and monitor press parameters to minimize scrap and downtime. This on-site position offers growth in precision stamping and opportunities to work with diverse materials.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with metal stamping presses and setup.
• Experience reading blueprints, setup sheets, and production travelers.
• Ability to inspect tooling and ensure die alignment and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Set up stamping presses and changeovers independently.
• Install and align dies and tooling, inspect for wear/damage.
• Set up coil feeding systems and material guides; ensure proper lubrication.
• Configure press tonnage and ram positions; adjust stops and timing.
• Perform first-piece samples and maintain production quality.
• Troubleshoot misfeeds, alignment issues, and tooling problems.
• Maintain production records and communicate with QA and Maintenance.
