Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a hands-on focus on Meta advertising.

You will manage a portfolio, lead client calls, monitor performance, contribute to ad messaging, and coordinate tracking, Calendly, and lead routing integrations to drive qualified appointments and relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with strong Meta advertising focus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results.
