Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing. You’ll manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive appointment-based campaigns with high-net-worth targets.

You’ll report to operations leadership, play a pivotal role in copy direction and funnel optimization, and collaborate with editors and automation tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward performance targets and client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy and testing priorities.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and bookings.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, structures and testing.
• Write direct-response copy and video scripts; guide creative testing.
• Configure tracking, Calendly integrations, and lead routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve funnel and measurement issues across platforms.
