Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and funnels.

You will manage client communications, develop testing strategies, and optimize for lead generation and booked appointments while reporting results. This senior hands-on role requires owning a portfolio of accounts, leading client conversations, and driving continuous improvement across the funnel to deliver measurable outcomes for high-net-worth

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and strategies.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement improvements.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality.
