Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior hands-on performance marketer to own client accounts end to end, including conversations with clients, Meta campaign management, and direct-response copy for video sales letters. You will develop testing strategies and diagnose funnel improvements to deliver measurable results.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be responsible for client performance, relationships, and retention across a portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations and managing multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
