Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketer to manage a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You will lead client conversations, oversee Meta campaigns, craft direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies to lift performance across the funnel.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and own client outcomes, relationships, and retention. The role emphasizes accountability, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations and multi-account management.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong copywriting skills for ads and direct-response video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance and strategy.
• Prepare and share performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action.
