Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior, hands-on performance marketer to own a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You will lead client conversations, manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments, and write direct-response copy and VSL scripts.

You’ll develop testing strategies, diagnose performance gaps, and report results to the Associate Director of Operations. This role emphasizes client success, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals and referrals.
