Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketer to own a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, and develop testing strategies to improve funnel performance.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention across lead generation and appointment bookings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, referrals.
• Identify risks and opportunities and address them proactively.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and bookings.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, structure, and creative testing.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure automation workflows.
