PNC is seeking a Client Solution Manager II to lead a Merchant Services team across the client portfolio. You will oversee service delivery, protect revenue, retain clients, and drive growth, while coaching staff and ensuring alignment with risk controls.

You should have 5+ years in Merchant Services with strong knowledge of interchange and pricing, plus prior leadership. Remote work may be approved in select locations, with occasional in-office needs as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Merchant Services experience with client support or operations.
• 3+ years of prior management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interchange, pricing structures and Merchant Services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities involving sales, service and execution for the client book.
• Leads a team to ensure client experience, revenue protection and growth.
• Escalates and resolves complex Merchant Services issues with internal teams.
• Delivers performance reports to leadership and maintains risk controls.
• Oversees development of the Relationship Management team across assignments.
