Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Secaucus, NJ. You will lead product strategy, drive assortments, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver profitable holiday and seasonal lines. Your role entails shaping product mix, pricing, and promotions while aligning with senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Planning, and Store Operations to ensure on-time deliveries and strong financial performance. Strong leadership and fashion sense are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of retail merchandising experience, with product development, buying, and planning expertise.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy, mix, and financial performance goals for the assigned area.
• Lead merchandise assortment activities across the division within seasonal cost and time requirements.
• Review customer demand and sales trends to place products and communicate forecasts to management.
