Job summary

The Children’s Place in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a District Manager to drive profitable sales growth across multiple stores and lead the store management team. This role has full accountability for district financial results and for developing store leaders to execute company strategies.

You will build a high-performing team, coach managers, analyze performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years multi-unit retail experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to interpret moderately complex financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related apps.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
