The Children’s Place in Secaucus, New Jersey, seeks an Area Leader to oversee a portfolio of stores. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience while coaching Store Leaders to deliver high performance.

This role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel within the region. You will partner with senior leadership to scale best practices and build a winning store culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience leading one or more stores.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive area sales growth by analyzing store performance and market trends.
• Lead and coach Store Leaders to ensure operational excellence and service standards.
• Manage controllable expenses while maintaining high service levels.
• Travel within the district; spend ~75% in stores and 25% in office/training.
