Wayfair is seeking a Senior Associate in the Merch Supplier Success team. The role focuses on root-cause analysis of merchandising processes and addressing supplier concerns to improve overall supplier experience.

You will drive end-to-end projects, collaborate with product, engineering and supplier teams, and develop KPIs with dashboards to identify trends and propose systemic fixes in a fast-paced, hybrid Boston environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in e-commerce, merchandising ops or supplier management.
• Strong communication with suppliers and global stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with scalability and solutions.
• Comfort with data to analyze issues and spot patterns (AI tools, SQL, GBQ, Data Studio or Excel).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and business teams.
• Ability to translate analytics into persuasive business cases.
• Proven track record delivering challenging tasks with limited resources.
• Skilled in cross-functional communication and influence.
