Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager, MEP for the Data Center Market to join our team in the Dallas, TX area (also Lexington, KY or Reno, NV).

Lead coordination with trade partners, design and engineering, manage schedules, contracts, and budgets; ensure safety and quality programs; oversee reports and shop drawings. The role requires a minimum of four years in construction management and a related degree, with strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customers, design, and engineering efforts.
• Monitor and report project progress, including schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with plans.
• Prepare and present reports such as progress analyses, schedules, and billings to manage the project.
• Manage subcontract and contract administration and ensure safety and quality programs on site.
