Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems from submittal through closeout. You will drive integration of Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls on complex projects.

The role requires a degreed engineer or equivalent with 15+ years in construction and strong leadership to coordinate design reviews, on-site installation, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical, or fire protection, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading MEP design reviews, submittals, and site supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on large projects.
• Knowledge of MCA labor rates and NECA change orders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Manage MEP material submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review testing and commissioning activities.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity, inclusion and safety.
