Job summary

LeoForce in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to design and implement robust mechanical systems, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years' experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar mechanical construction role.
• Proven experience managing mechanical projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, mechanical systems, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills; able to lead a team and multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and related applications.
• PE license is an advantage.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to design and implement mechanical systems.
• Review and approve project plans, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Oversee progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors; maintain clear communication at all stages.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures; conduct regular inspections.
• Manage project budgets and resources; deliver on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
