Job summary

LeoForce in Willistown Township, PA seeks a Senior Construction Coordinator to coordinate and supervise trades on complex projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, oversee MEP systems, and ensure quality control while maintaining safety on site.

In this role you’ll lead teams, read drawings and specs, and collaborate with professionals to meet deadlines on a busy backlog of projects for 2025. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Team collaboration with other professionals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects
• Effectively communicate with client
