Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent - MEP to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on major infrastructure projects. You will direct MEP subcontractors, review designs, and ensure on-site execution aligns with plans and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, a degree in engineering, and proven project leadership. Expect travel, coordination with cross-functional teams, and responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise all MEP subcontractors on site.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure proper on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Present progress reports to senior management.
