Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with focus on MEP.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing MEP on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and OSH guidelines.
• Excellent project management and multi-project leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise work of all MEP subcontractors per plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and plans for on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
