Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent - MEP to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects on大型 construction projects. The candidate will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to deliver on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MEP-focused construction, a relevant engineering degree, and proven leadership abilities to drive complex projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction with MEP focus.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and plans, ensuring correct on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure completion.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve issues related to MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present reports on MEP progress to senior management.
