Job summary

ENFRA Solutions in Memphis seeks a General Superintendent to lead field installation across assigned projects, owning safety, morale, quality, and production on site. A 10+ year background in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC construction and relevant licenses are required; travel is 0–5%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience on commercial Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC projects.
• Experience on large mechanical projects with contracts over $10M.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation and ensure project scope is met.
• Review submittals and installation manuals for accuracy.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractor progress on site.
• Schedule manpower and approve timesheets.
• Maintain safety and enforce company work rules.
