Qualifications include 10+ years in construction superintendence on mechanical/HVAC projects, licenses, and strong communication. Travel is 0-5% with offices in Orlando/Tampa area. Competitive pay and EOE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a superintendent on commercial construction projects (Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC).
• Experience on large mechanical projects with contracts over $10M.
• Effective verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field installation direction for one or more projects.
• Ensure safety, morale, quality and production on site.
• Review submittals and installation/operations manuals for accuracy.
• Coordinate manpower, schedule, and hiring; manage on-site crews.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate on-site functions with trades.
