Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Maryland is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field installation for our projects. You will own field labor coordination, quality control, and safety, representing the company on site and ensuring the installation meets the contracted scope.

This role requires extensive experience in large mechanical/plumbing/HVAC projects, strong communication and multi-tasking abilities, and diligent adherence to OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction supervision experience.
• Experience with mechanical/plumbing/HVAC large projects.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing submittals and identifying change orders.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and on-site work rules.

Responsibilities

• Own field labor coordination and quality control on assigned projects.
• Reviews submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identifies potential change orders and cost implications.
• Maintain customer relations and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Schedules manpower and coordinates trades on-site.
• Interprets drawings for field installation and plans on-site work.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and administers the construction contract.
• Brings the job in on time and under budget.
