Qualifications

10+ years of superintendent experience on mechanical/plumbing/HVAC projects.
Experience on large mechanical projects with contracts >$10M.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee quality installation and field execution.
Coordinate submittals, manuals, and change orders.
Manage manpower, hiring, and on-site safety.
Coordinate trades and subs, ensure OSHA compliance.
Monitor labor reporting and four-week lookahead schedules.
