ENFRA LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field installation on commercial projects in Memphis. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity on site, coordinating trades, scheduling manpower, and reviewing submittals to ensure contract scope is met.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC.

Responsibilities

Own the overall direction for field installation on assigned projects.
Ensure safety and morale of field labor and quality of production.
Coordinate installation between trades and manage sub-contractors progress.
Schedule manpower and oversee hiring of workers.
Review submittals and installation/operations manuals for accuracy.
