Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects (Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC).
• Experience managing large mechanical projects with contracts over $10 million.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees quality installation and field productivity on assigned projects.
• Reviews submittals, manuals, and change orders for scope and schedule.
• Manages labor, hiring, and coordination between trades and subcontractors.
• Ensures on-site safety per OSHA standards and company rules.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates on-site activities and resource needs.
• Monitors labor reporting and progresses against plans.
