Job summary

Careers Launch Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Superintendent to lead field operations for a large-scale data center project near Fargo, ND. You will oversee MEP field operations, safety, productivity, scheduling, quality, subcontractor coordination, and site execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading complex construction projects, strong MEP knowledge, and proven field leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering with 8+ years of construction management experience
Or a high school diploma with 12+ years of directly related construction experience
2+ years of people management experience
Strong experience with field operations, MEP coordination, and managing subcontractors
OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
Willingness to travel and accept long-term out-of-town assignments

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day MEP field operations for large and complex construction projects.
Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and construction details.
Maintain accurate and updated construction drawings throughout the project.
Coordinate tools, equipment, materials, and resources required for field operations.
Manage project schedules, cost codes, budgets, production units, and site productivity.
Monitor project progress and resolve field issues and deficiencies.
Coordinate and manage trade contractors and suppliers to ensure schedule, quality, and performance requirements.
Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and develop effective solutions.
Manage inspections with city officials, government agencies, and other required authorities.
Establish and manage punch-list and project closeout procedures.
Maintain a zero-punch-list approach to project completion.
