Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Manager focused on commissioning for a large data center project. You will lead MEP coordination from design through close-out, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection efforts, guiding design teams, subs, and clients while managing budgets and schedules. LEED preferred; strong communication and leadership essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience.
• LEED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to ensure timely and quality MEP results.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work with designers and vendors.
• Review project plans for constructability and cost feasibility; assess project risk.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and design teams as liaison.
• Develop budgets and schedules; monitor MEP progress and costs.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and compliant testing and documentation.
