Job summary

Adolfson and Peterson Construction seeks a Senior MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection scope on regional projects from design coordination through closeout. The role begins on a data center project near the Alexandria, LA area, with per diem and travel incentives.

You will lead the MEP team, set budgets, drive continuous improvement, manage client relationships, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• LEED certification preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years for Senior Manager; 10+ years for Director in MEP and commercial construction; 5+ years in design or PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional MEP function, meeting department goals and budget.
• Coordinate projects with subcontractors and owners, ensuring performance and communication.
• Analyze financial performance of projects and overall department.
• Guide MEP team with designers, PMs, and superintendents; ensure QA/QC standards.
