Atlantic Constructors Inc. is actively seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing on commercial projects in the Greater Richmond area.

The role emphasizes leadership of field teams, adherence to project plans, codes, and safety standards, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and inspectors. This position requires strong background in MEP coordination, field supervision, and a track record of delivering high-quality, on-time results in ground-up

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in heavy mechanical construction as MEP Superintendent or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise large crews (20+).
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification required.
• Proficient in reading isometrics/orthographics drawings and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP coordination on ground-up commercial projects.
• Lead field foremen and coordinate safety, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and inspectors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and project schedules.

Skills

7+ years experience as Superintendent

Supervise large crews (20+)
