Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd. is seeking experienced MEP Superintendents for Richmond, Virginia to lead field teams on major commercial and industrial projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems and strong on-site leadership to drive safe, on-time project delivery. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years’ superintendent experience in relevant sectors, prefer OSHA 30, and are ready to manage complex MEP trades with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, mission-critical or industrial environments.
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise.
• Experience managing MEP field projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
