Jobot is seeking a Superintendent or Junior Superintendent to oversee field operations on renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role fits professionals with renovation, retrofit, modernization, or occupied-space construction experience, with project values typically up to $50 million.

Qualifications

• Experience with renovations, retrofit, modernization, or occupied-space construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, government, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Lead project safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
• Coordinate installation and execution of MEP systems.
• Conduct site walks and quality control inspections.
• Support project managers with planning, logistics, manpower forecasting, and project execution.
• Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and internal team relationships.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
