Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent or Junior Superintendent to oversee field operations on renovation and MEP-heavy projects. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal candidates have renovation/modernization experience and a strong grasp of MEP coordination, with willingness to travel to multiple project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Junior Superintendent.
• Renovation, retrofit, modernization, or occupied-space construction experience.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, government, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Lead project safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
• Coordinate installation and execution of MEP systems.
• Conduct site walks and quality control inspections.
• Support project managers with planning, logistics, manpower forecasting, and project execution.
• Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and internal team relationships.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
