The ideal candidate has experience with renovations and MEP coordination, and is willing to travel to multiple markets across the US as projects demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Lead project safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
• Coordinate installation of MEP systems and ensure quality control.
• Conduct site walks and inspections for quality assurance.
• Support project managers with planning, logistics, and manpower forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
