Job summary

RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group family, is hiring a Senior MEP Project Manager in Atlanta, GA, focusing on Mission-Critical sectors. You will oversee multi-project delivery, manage staff, and maintain strong.owner, tenant and consultant relationships to ensure quality, schedule and profitability.

You will coordinate bid reviews, procurement, change orders, and payments while leading safety and compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and architects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects to meet quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Oversee project staff and maintain strong relationships with project owner and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and financials in line with company guidelines.
• Lead weekly status meetings and distribute minutes with actions.
• Ensure safety policies and project information are communicated to the team.
• Review bid documents, subcontractor qualifications, and final estimates.
• Monitor procurement, invoices, and change orders.
• Coordinate project closeout documentation and final payments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and vendors.
