Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager for our MEP Building Technology Team in Atlanta, GA. You will provide strategic and technical leadership for integrated electrical solutions, guiding engineering personnel and coordinating with partners throughout the project lifecycle.

You will drive design execution, standards, product standardization, and manufacturing-readiness, ensuring quality and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Extensive experience with hyperscale data centres, mission critical facilities, power systems, or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering personnel, establish accountability and technical excellence.
• Oversee design execution, standards, and manufacturing readiness for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with external engineering partners and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish engineering quality processes including design reviews and lessons learned.
• Develop standardized electrical products and design platforms for deployment across projects.
• Read drawings and apply NEC standards to electrical scope of work.
• Manage external consultants and ensure coordinated, manufacturing-ready solutions.
