Job summary

RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Executive in Atlanta, GA to lead industrial projects. You will own profitability, client relationships, and coordination with owners, tenants, architects and engineers from pre-construction through handover.

The role requires 10+ years of GM/PM experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of contracts, schedules and procurement. On-site leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Strong reading of drawings and specifications, good financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project profitability and timely completion for major accounts.
• Maintain owner relationships and coordinate with tenants, architects and engineers.
• Lead project meetings, monitor schedule, costs and risk, and approve changes.
• Ensure safety documentation and accurate project reporting.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policies; manage change orders.
• Close projects with final paperwork, retainage and warranty information.
