Job summary

RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group family, seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects in Atlanta, GA. You will manage multiple projects, cultivate strong owner and vendor relationships, and ensure timely, quality completion with proper documentation and reporting.

The role requires 10–15 years of PM experience with a heavy mechanical/electrical background, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive performance across teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Maintain relationships with owners, tenants, and design teams; manage project documentation.
• Lead weekly status meetings; prepare reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies across all site activities.
• Review bids, procurement, and subcontractor work; monitor invoices and payments.
