• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing MEP projects within the construction industry, with a focus on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of all MEP systems installation and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to fully understand MEP requirements and project goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the project design and schedule.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for MEP systems, ensuring timely availability.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of MEP work within the project timeline.
• Supervise MEP teams, subcontractors, and field staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards.
