Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 5–10 years of experience managing MEP projects in large commercial or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
• Track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting safety/quality standards.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and MEP industry standards.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore) and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of all MEP systems installation and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand MEP requirements and goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers for seamless design and schedule integration.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment to ensure timely availability.
• Manage subcontractors for cost-effective and efficient MEP execution within the timeline.
• Supervise MEP teams and field staff, providing leadership to meet high standards and specs.
• Mentor MEP engineers and field staff with resources, training, and direction.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
