Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager, MEP, for an onsite role based in Wilton, CT. You will lead project management for real estate projects, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules and resources to meet client objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a related Bachelor's, and strong MS Office/MS Project skills. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with commercial high-end interior projects, data centers and mission critical facilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; MS Project or similar PM software.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare client deliverables including scope, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Lead project resources and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and effective communication with clients.
