Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an MEP Project Management Consultant for an onsite role in Wilton, CT. You will provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve strategic business objectives.

This role is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion and coordinating across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
